1) The Lessee shall obtain tenant liability insurance for

2) First and last months rent required at signing of the

3) Upon acceptance and prior to signing the lease, the
lessee agrees to pay a security deposit equivalent to one
month's rent, to the lessor directly. The security deposit
shall be remitted within 7 days at the end of the lease, if
the property is found in the same state as it was delivered.
4) Three (3) days prior to the commencement to the Lease,
there shall be a walk-through of the property. One week
after the expiration of the Lease, there shall be a
walk-through of the property. The property shall be left in
the same condition it was at the commencement of the lease.
5) The Tenant shall not sublet the property.
6) The Tenant shall not smoke or use drugs in the property.
7) No pets
8) There shall be no painting.
9) References / proof of employment required to the
complete entire satisfaction of the Lessor.
10) The moving fees for the condo are the responsibility of
the Lessee.
11) The Lessee will be responsible for paying any fees due
to the loss of any keys.
12) The Lessee must sign the rules and regulations of the
building prior to signing the Regie du Logement Lease.
13) The Tenant will allow visits with 24 hour notice during
the term of the lease.
